Commitment Card
After reading through the Imagine Guide, please record your commitment to our capital stewardship campaign on the Commitment Card found in the back of your Imagine Guide. Once complete, simply place the card in the enclosed white envelope and bring to church on Commitment Sunday, May 18th, 2008. Cards can also be brought to the church the following two Sundays.
The goal for the Imagine campaign is for each of us to grow closer to God. We believe God can use financial commitments to build our faith and we truly want to open our hearts to his plan. In response to His invitation we want to step forward with financial commitments that will go directly to developing and building on this site. We hope to raise $2 million in financial commitments.
We must not rely on earthy wisdom for we know that “without faith it is impossible to please God” (Heb 11:6). Our plan for this site is certainly God-sized! That’s because it is coming from Him.
Below is a standard giving chart that is assembled by our consultant and based on decades of capital campaign experiences. Please look at it and ask yourself where do you fit in? Then pray and keep asking if that is your plan or God’s. Click on the image to view full-size.
